A. Barr I joined Preferred Securities Group in Boca Raton,
after a twelve year career in retail on Wall Street, where I was a
vice president of investments at Lehman Brothers prior to becoming
a senior vice president at Paine Webber in New York City. I manage
a clients portfolio by keeping my strategies flexible and subject
to changes as world financial markets are constantly changing. I
place emphasis on preservation of capital and balancing a

companies. My approach to ever consider fundamental and technical
evaluation on a company, is it must be growing at a 25% quarter to
quarter basis. Other factors to consider are companies with strong
earnings growth. I believe that earnings are a true litmus for
growth. Sticking to a sound financial game plan can prove to be
successful in a bull market as well as a bear market. The new millennium
will bring trends and myself and my firm are looking forward and
