Your First Bill

Your first invoice from iNYC is different from future invoices. Here's why:

• The first invoice includes a one-time charge for your iNYC DSL set-up fee.
• iNYC bills one month in advance. Your first bill will include charges for your set up fee and last month of service.. Your subsequent bills will only include charges for one month of service.
• You may notice Promotional Discounts on your first bill. For example, you may see a charge for inside wiring in the amount of $88.00 followed by a Promotional Discount credit in the amount of ($88.00).

The following outline has been provided to explain, in greater detail, the changes and credits (promotional discounts) you may find on your initial invoice. Future invoices will only include charges for one month of service as well as any outstanding balances.
